HOW TO ENTER THE REQUIRED ADDRESS IN A SEARCH FORM?
Please, select the destination first.
In the field FROM & TO, as you type the name of the city, the system Google will provide a list of possible options. Please, select your destination from the list that the system suggests.
If you cannot find the name of your destination in the list, fill in our transfer request form on the page CONTACTS. You will be provided with a price calculation for such a transfer within 24 hours after we receive your transfer request.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME TO BOOK A TRANSFER?
There is no time limit between the date of placing an order and the date of the transfer. However, we recommend you to book in advance.
Please, contact our manager if you would like to book a transfer less than 12 hours in advance. He will try to find a solution.
WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
As soon as you complete a booking, you will automatically receive an email confirming the booking. If your booking was made correctly, but you have not received the confirmation email, you should immediately contact us via telephone or email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A TRANSFER REQUEST AND TO SEND A PRICE CALCULATION FOR A TRANSFER?
We usually process a standard transfer request within 24 hours after we have received it. It could take longer if your transfer requires additional approvals or a special vehicle type. We will provide you with all the necessary information about the status of your booking in time.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT MY BOOKING WAS ACCEPTED?
As soon as you have completed a booking, you will receive an email confirming the booking with a booking number, transfer details and other important information. This email guarantees that the car is booked and the driver will meet you at the specified time. If you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
HOW TO BOOK A TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT?
Please, type the pick-up location in the field FROM. Indicate the name of the city and the address of the pick-up location (or the name of the hotel, railway station etc.). Choose your destination airport in the field TO.
HOW TO BOOK A TRANSFER FROM VIENNA AIRPORT?
Please, select Vienna Airport in the field FROM. Enter the name of the city in the field TO. Add the address of your drop-off location or the name of a hotel, bus (railway) station etc. if you do not know the exact address.
For a transfer FROM the airport specify your arrival time according to your ticket and, please, DON’T FORGET to indicate your flight number. The driver will monitor your arrival according to the flight number so that even if the flight is delayed, the driver can meet you in time.
HOW MUCH TIME BEFORE THE TRANSFER CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO IT?
If there are more than 24 hours before the transfer, contact our manager who will inform the driver and send you a new booking confirmation.
If you would like to make changes concerning your transfer less than 24 hours before the transfer, contact the driver directly, please. He will tell you, if it is possible for him to meet you. Transfer company has right to decline any changes to a transfer made less than 24 hours before a transfer. Also, if changes influence the price for a transfer, you should cancel the transfer and book a new one.
SHOULD I MENTION THAT I AM TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12?
In Austria, child seats are mandatory for children shorter than 150 cm. Every child has to have a seat of its own. It has to be a suitable child restraint system (e.g. baby seats, child seats, booster seats).
You can use your own child seat or you may order the required number of child seats when booking a transfer.
WHAT TIME (TIME ZONE) SHOULD I INDICATE WHEN I BOOK A TRANSFER?
Please, indicate the local time of the city in which your transfer starts.
HOW LONG BEFORE THE FLIGHT SHOULD THE TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT START?
You should arrive at the airport at least 2-3 hours before departure (the departure time is indicated on the ticket). You will also see the journey duration to the airport when booking a transfer on the website. For example, if your flight departs at 18:00 (according to your ticket) and the journey duration to the airport is 30 minutes, your transfer should start at 14:30. If necessary, contact our manager to clarify the time of departure to the airport.
MEETING THE DRIVER
WHAT IF THE FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
In case your flight is delayed, contact your driver or our manager as soon as possible, please. The telephone number is indicated on the transfer voucher. You should specify the booking number and new time of arrival.
IF THE PLANE LANDED EARLIER?
If your plane landed earlier than scheduled, it is possible that your driver is not waiting for you in the airport arrival hall yet. Please, stay in the arrival hall and wait for your driver. You may call him or text him saying that you are waiting for him in the arrival hall.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS CANCELLED?
In case of flight cancellation, please, contact our manager immediately. Your transfer will be rescheduled, if possible. In case the transfer cannot be rescheduled, due to the new time of arrival, you will be refunded the full cost of the transfer.
I DID NOT GET THE VEHICLE TYPE THAT I HAVE REQUESTED.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE DRIVER DIDN’T MEET ME?
If you cannot locate your driver, try to stay calm, please. Most of the time it happens because passengers and drivers simply cannot see each other in the arrival hall. Please, check nameplates once again and try to find one with your name on it. It is possible that the driver is late because of the heavy traffic. Please, wait another 10-15 minutes and if the situation does not change, contact the driver or our manager. Necessary measures will be taken.
ARE YOU CHARGING ANYTHING EXTRA FOR WAITING TIME?
No, the driver will track your flight landing time according to your flight number and will be aware of any delays so he will either wait for you at the airport or come to meet you a little later.
At the airport, after your plane landed, the driver will be waiting for you for 1 hour free of charge.
At the railway station, the time of waiting free of charge is 20 minutes. As to the transfer from the city to the airport, railway (bus) station or any other location, the driver will only be waiting for you for 10 minutes free of charge.
If the time of free waiting is exceeded, the transfer company may charge an additional fee.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?
Currently, you may pay for your transfer with your bank card or online payments system PayPal.
In the future, it will be possible to pay the driver in cash, after the transfer is completed.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS CONCERNING THE LUGGAGE AMOUNT AND WEIGHT?
When booking a transfer you need to indicate the vehicle type (class) and luggage capacity required. Let us know if you travel with non-standard luggage such as a baby carriage, wheelchair, skis or other large-sized items. It is possible that the vehicle class will be changed due to the greater capacity requirements.
